  • Getting a good night's sleep is really important, not only for our mental health but for our physical health too. Many conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and obesity are linked with poor sleep and now more than ever, we seem to be suffering with difficulties sleeping. Lack of sleep can have a massive impact on our daily lives often leading to relationship issues, time off work, low mood, decreased performance on tasks and a greater risk of accidents.

    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold standard treatment recommended by both NICE and the NHS for chronic insomnia. Unlike sleeping pills, CBT-I tackles the root causes of sleeplessness—like racing thoughts, poor sleep habits, and anxiety around bedtime—by changing the unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours that fuel insomnia.

    I offer a 6-week Sleep Solution Programme, blending powerful Hypnotherapy with evidence-based CBT-I strategies to gently rewire your sleep patterns and restore deep, natural rest.

    My Sleep Solution Programme is for adults who experience sleep difficulties or insomnia and want to improve their quality and efficiency of sleep.

    The 6 week programme takes a holistic approach to improving your understanding of sleep; we take a look at lifestyle choices that may be impacting negatively on your sleep and we also work to address underlying issues such as stress or anxiety that may be hindering restful sleep.

    Throughout the course you'll get a combination of education, therapy and lots of useful tips and tricks to help you get a better night's sleep. As part of the package I also give you a special sleep hypnosis audio to listen to at night and teach you self help techniques. By leveraging guided relaxation techniques and focused attention, hypnotherapy aims to induce a state of deep relaxation that can alleviate the mental and physical stressors contributing to sleep disturbances.
